ADRIAN AC CLARKE put another one in the bag!

It took seven years, but victory was as sweet as his voice when he took his second calypso title last night at the Cable & Wireless/FirstCaribbean International Bank Pic-O-De-Crop.

The results were announced just minutes before 1 a.m. and the historic crowning at the new Kensington Oval was particularly exciting for the Carlton cricketer.

"It's been great, it's been wonderful and to win here at Kensington, that's super," said AC, who expects to be back in the nets soon.

"[I] feel good, feel good. I don't know if I can find the words to explain it right now. It's something I wanted for a while. It was seven years since I last won, so just hoping I can keep on this train again," he stated shortly after accepting his trophy.
